About my family, My Father Dr. Lugard Stiff was a highly reputable Diamond and Oil Merchants who operated in Libya during his days he was loving father, at the outbreak of war the Rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my parents, I am now writing to seek your love and assistance from Ouagadougou , Burkina-Faso a nearby country where I managed to escaped to through the help of United Nation Missionaries, and now seeking asylum in a Refugee Camp here in Ouagadougou , Burkina-Faso.
My greatest joy and hope now is that my father's lawyer called me before I left my country and informed me about my fathers deposited fund in a Bank in Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso with my name as next of kin/Heir of the said fund before his death and as the only child of the family. He deposited sum $18.5million USD in a finance house in Ouagadougou, Burkina-Faso with my name as the next of kin/Heir. I called the Bank to make the claim, but the director told me, that most look for a foreign trustee who will help me and make the claim base on my refugee status, so I am to seek a foreign trustee to handle the transaction since the money is been deposited for foreign investment seems am a refugee here.
I don't want anyone to know anything about this matter that is the reason why I contacted you to assist me in transferring of the fund to your country while you will help me to relocate and be with you and further my education and also help me to invest and manage the fund in a business that will be profit oriented to us in your country while I go back to school to finish my education.
